Military Height and Weight Calculator emblem Military H&W Calculator

Privacy Policy

The short version: the calculators run entirely in your browser and your measurements are never sent anywhere.

Site owner: this is a starting template, not legal advice

Before launch, fill in your business name and jurisdiction, confirm which analytics and advertising services you actually run, and have it reviewed if you operate in or serve users in a regulated jurisdiction. A privacy policy that describes services you do not use is as much of a compliance problem as having none.

Your Measurements Stay in Your Browser

Every calculator on this site runs entirely in your browser using JavaScript. Your height, weight, waist, neck, hip, age and sex are never transmitted to this site's servers, never stored, and never logged. Close the tab and they are gone. There is no account, no sign-up and no saved history.

What Is Collected

  • Standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps, kept for security and troubleshooting.
  • Analytics — aggregate data about which pages are visited and how people arrive, used to decide what to write next. [Name the analytics service you use.]
  • Advertising — third-party advertising partners may set cookies or similar identifiers to serve and measure ads. [Name your ad network.]
  • Email — if you write to us, we keep your message and address in order to reply.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not ask for or want sensitive personal data.

Cookies and Advertising

Third-party vendors, including advertising networks, may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising through your advertising network's settings, and most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies entirely. Blocking cookies does not affect the calculators, which need none of them to work.

Your Choices

  • Block or clear cookies in your browser at any time.
  • Opt out of personalised advertising through your ad network's controls.
  • Request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you — in practice that means email correspondence — via the contact page.

Children

This site is intended for a general adult audience and for people of enlistment age. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

This policy may be updated. The reviewed date at the top of the page reflects the most recent change.

The tool

Nothing described above affects how the calculators work — they run entirely in your browser.
