Site owner: replace the placeholder address
Swap hello@militaryheightweightcalculator.com below for a real, monitored mailbox. A contact page with a dead address fails advertising network review and is worse than no contact page. If you would rather run a form, add one here — but a working email address is the minimum.

What to Get in Touch About
Corrections
A figure that is wrong, a standard that has changed, a formula that does not match the regulation. Include the page and a source if you have one.
Policy updates
If the Army announces a change before this site catches it, tell us. The 180-day review closing is the obvious one to watch.
Questions about the site
How a calculator works, where a number came from, or what a page means.
Not this
We cannot advise on your individual case, your medical situation, your enlistment eligibility or your ABCP status. Your recruiter and your chain of command can.
Official Channels
This is an independent site with no connection to the Army. For anything official:
- Questions about your own standing — your chain of command or your unit's fitness staff.
- Questions about enlisting — your recruiter, or goarmy.com.
- The regulations themselves — Army Publishing Directorate.
- Free, confidential fitness and nutrition support — Military OneSource.
